Aruba Enables Seamless User Experience for 100-Office Global Analytics Provider

Like many organizations after a period of growth through acquisition, Verisk, a large enterprise with 9,000 employees in 100 offices worldwide, saw lagging productivity due to a patchwork of decentralized networking solutions. This needed to be consolidated to deliver a consistent experience across multiple branches for a variety of different users, networks, and devices. Though employees were dispersed, they needed easy access to everything from legacy mainframe solutions to cloud-native options.

To accomplish this, the company decided that its traditional legacy hardware could take second place to a more modern approach, and they were willing to consider cloud. With a centrally managed system, all branches and offices could get up and running more efficiently. IT could further deploy and manage those sites wirelessly and remotely. Given their successful enterprise wireless partnership with Aruba, the company conducted a three-month proof of concept with its SD-Branch solution and found it met all of their requirements.

With its extensive portfolio, Aruba was able to deliver a modern, seamless user experience for two dozen semi-autonomous business units around the world leveraging cloud solutions. Coffeehouse-like access now keeps users productive and consistently connected from any location, device, or network. By employing a variety of Aruba solutions, they were also able to ensure easy to deploy and easy to manage networking for each business unit—while remote implementation cut deployment time from days to just hours. Beyond this, their new integrated, scalable platform positions the company for unlimited future growth.
