With our newly expanded Technology Solutions Lab, American Digital is able to demonstrate to customers the interoperability, scalability, availability and easy management features of the HP Enterprise Server and Storage solutions.
When a customer comes into the American Digital Technology Solutions Lab, they receive a technical overview that includes a performance comparison against competitive server or storage solutions. Using independent 3rd party data, American Digital’s Enterprise Specialists highlight the significant differences with HP’s capacity, functionality and interfaces.

What’s New in the Lab?
With the addition of the latest HP Blade servers and virtualization software to the lab, customers can get a hands-on experience similar to their own data center environment. Unlike a canned product demo, our veteran engineers customize each lab visit to address the customer’s specific data needs. For example, our demo approach helps potential SAP customers realize the steps involved with an SAP implementation in an HP environment. We demonstrate to Oracle customers the robust combination of the HP BladeSystem and the HP EVA SAN and demonstrate HP’s capability of easily handling the Oracle database workload.
In 2008, American Digital has added the new HP EVA 4400 to the line-up of StorageWorks demo equipment in the lab. Our engineers stay current with HP’s technology and comprehensively demonstrate StorageWorks interoperability with multiple operating systems and cluster environments. One of the main highlights of our storage demonstration is that customers experience the virtualization capabilities. They see how it automates array management processes and that it aggregates things like LUNs or RAID groups so that there is less to manage. We are able to show IT Directors exactly how this proven HP storage solution easily reduces complexity in their data center and frees up time for their system administrators.
